A late 19th century Thüringen six piece anthropomorphic animals military band nodders, composition, probably French or German uniforms in blue jackets, red trousers and green caps with harp insignia, comprising a monkey playing a trombone, a blue playing a trumpet, a ram playing a clarinet, a camel playing cymbals, a donkey playing a flute and a boar playing a parade xylophone, all with metal instruments and painted circular wooden bases —7 ¾in.
