Queen's Own Cameron Highlanders, (4) a WWI Trio and Memorial Plaque, awarded to 2nd Lieutenant Alasdair Somerled Macdonell, serving in the 1st Battalion, died on the 13th March 1915 at the age of 21, his well presented WWI trio mounted within frame with portrait miniature, sold with his Memorial Plaque, numerous black and white photographs of him in uniform, various letters from the front to his mother, from a fellow soldier, correspondence on The queen's Own Cameron Highlanders headed paper, three cased sporting medals and more (parcel)
